1. Interpretation and Scope

These terms and conditions govern all digital marketing services provided by bohechashe Ltd to corporate clients within the United Kingdom and internationally.

2. Professional Services & Retainers

All retainers commence upon execution of a formal statement of work (SOW) and receipt of initial billing details agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of outstanding invoices, clients receive full ownership of bespoke campaign assets and deliverables created specifically for their brand.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
